I usually paraphrase conversations in order to make things fit in four panels. Manpans probably does have figures of speech she uses, but I can’t remember them. Maybe it’s because I make up scenarios in my head of her interactions with people.

Is it really even an idiom? It’s just an archaic way of saying “please tell me” that’s used sarcastically these days.
