Manpans real name is Manda. She’s anxious. She has her own blog and the title of this comic was inspired by her. Her favourite video games are Myst, Portal 2, and Legend of Zelda.
I remember when I would bring both Leezet and Manpans on the phone together in a conference call, but they didn’t really know each other. However, I’d be on a bus, so I wouldn’t talk that much. So they’d both laugh uncomfortably and find things to say.
And now they talk all the time! The moral of this story: strive for awkward.
For those that remember Comic #983. And yes, when Manpans told me this happened, I laughed, and laughed, and laughed…
And honestly, just think of that excuse. “A ‘friend’ shared his calendar with me”. Even I have a tough time believing it and I know it’s true!
I’m still working on that tagline thing. Don’t you worry. 😀
