Favorite son is a moving target in our house. Depends on what stupid/irritating/unacceptable/inappropriate thing was done most recently (and by whom). 🙂 Reply
Yup, and that’s why #1 Son can be the favorite son at 12:31 p.m. and #2 Son can kick him to the curb and become favorite son at 12:33 p.m. (same day). No doubt they will require massive amounts of therapy someday — but at least it will be obvious why. Reply
