Manpans’ behaviour is because of the comic on October 21st.

Panel 1 (in the car) -
Errol: I hate lockout safes.
Margaux: Yeah, that was pretty bad.
Manpans: There's a stop sign, Margaux.
Panel 2 -
Errol: And do you know why I hate them?
Ekko: Yes. We don't have to hear it again.
Manpans: Oh! Did you notice that stop light?
Panel 3 -
Errol: Because a lockout safe expects you to know the right answer! It gives you three tries in case you mess up by accident. However, if a puzzle is ambiguous to begin with, a lockout safe penalizes the player for the designer's trash design.
Ekko: Yes, we know. You even have a video on this.
Manpans: Pedestrian! Pedestrian!
Panel 4 -
Errol: And do you want to hear my opinions on that arrow puzzle?
Ekko: No. But I bet you we will.
Margaux: It was just one stop sign, Manpans.
Manpans: Sorry. This is why I shouldn't be in the front seat.
