My wife came home while I was in the middle of creating the previous comic. I went to greet her, and Zoe came in to look at the rabbits, because the rabbits, when no one is home, will sit beside me because they are lonely.
And that’s when she saw the comic and made the above comments.
I was able to understand the phrase from context, but I was confused for a few seconds.
Btw, I was going to catch up on a bunch of comics, but then I started debugging a server I was working on, and that ended up taking my whole night. *sigh*
It’s hard to tell ages in this comic. Dis and Bing are my university friends and so is around my age. Emmy is in her last year of high school.

Zoe never reads the comic! Besides, everything I say here I’ve said to her face. I didn’t think she’d call me out on it though.
