I am proud that Ekko wants to go in a TARDIS dress! I wish we had time to do some super fancy thing, but alas, it’s this Wednesday.
And yes, this hammers home that I have a teenage daughter. When I was younger, I didn’t think I’d get married, let alone have kids. I’m getting old…

Of course, I will still call Manpans, “Manpans”, but maybe I should find a derivative of “Mandy” as a nickname. I could call her… DEEDEE! That’d be awesome! ^_^
Comic #73 – Guest Comic by David Profit
David is the neighbour kid that we have known for over 10 years. He’s grown up with our kids, and is probably over at our house more than any other child.
Ekko and Zoe have been mentioning that David is at our house all the time, and David himself has been asking to be in the comic, as you can see from the cast page.
Well, he took matters into his own hands and drew this for me. Which is good, I’m exhausted from all the Puzzle Hunt stuff. ^_^
Comic #72 – “Busy”
Wow. Yesterday, on Puzzle Hunt, I released a puzzle that was difficult a bit…aggravating for most.
Since Puzzle #7, I wake up early to make sure the puzzle went through. Yesterday morning Puzzle #8 was was fine, so I was relieved. A couple hours later, I checked the comments: no one had solved #8. That was strange, I didn’t expect that. I wondered if the password was wrong, or if I had done something in error. But everything was working.
By 9:00, I realized no one could solve the puzzle. I released a hint at 10am, and then again at 12pm. The second hint, people started to solve it.
There was still an insane amount of tweeting and email that followed! *laugh* Manda was at the helm answering all the tweets and emails so kudos to her.
And now, the upcoming puzzles are going to be quite difficult. We’ll see how that goes. ^_^
