Honestly, I keep trying to have this for a name and I keep getting shot down. I think I should pick my team mates with more care next time…Manda was super excited that we broke two records at Captive when we did our mashup team with Escape Games Review. They, of course, were only open for two days but hey, have to get our victories somewhere… ^_^
We wrote up some reviews for the rooms too, which you can check out at EscRoomAddict.com.
Every time I add a new character, I also know all the other people who will be wondering where their character is…*cough* LEEZET *cough*
Patience!
And I went to an escape room yesterday at Captive and I got to meet Mike from Escape Games Review for the first time! It was great fun! And then we went for Ramen! Mmmmm…
And sorry I couldn’t get Mike’s wife or the whole team in here. Didn’t have time to create all the characters. And then Leezet would be even more upset…
Huzzah! I am so excited! On a whim, Manda and I decided to join Mike from EscapeGameReviews for a brand new Escape Room called Captive Escape Rooms. We have chatted many times on the internet, but this would have been our first meeting.
However, on the way, I made an impulse buy. I took Manpans to see Hot Topic because I buy a lot of things there, and, I found something else. Oh dear.
Ah, FAWM. Where else can I express myself so freely?
Completely off topic, I’ve been wondering, are there many G-rated webcomics out there? I’m starting to think that because newspapers required it, most webcomics have been free to explore the freedom of an uncensored internet.
Which means, in the niche of webcomics, I may be one of the few mythic rares that is G-rated. I should capitalize on that.
I think Kari’s is G-rated too.
You know, I really should explain more in the About and Cast pages the setting in this comic. I remember reading Meli’s first encounter of D&E and how she mentioned that she was confused by almost all of it.
I don’t even know if I have new readers. I may have at least one. That’s only a guess because every time I tweet Her Interactive about a web comic, they retweet it. And then the tweet gets favourited. So who knows, maybe a Nancy Drew fan has come and wondered what on earth this webcomic was and then left in frustration because it makes no sense.
How is my FAWM progress you’re wondering? Well, uh, I at least log on to the site. I thought of a melody and sang it into my phone. It was really only six notes. I’m doing abysmally.
