You know, I can’t remember the last time I saw a series end. I mean, yes, there was Avatar, Full Metal Alchemist, and a whole host of other anime shows, but I don’t think I saw a drama like this end.

The episode had such a heavy weight of finality to it, with everyone saying goodbye.

Ugh, I can’t believe I keep talking about Gilmore Girls in this webcomic.

  1. I hate to be a grammar nag, but it’s “whose,” not “who’s.”

If you really want to experience a devastating final series episode, watch Six Feet Under all the way through.

  2. Yes! I thought that of Debs and Errol! I’m still sad there won’t be any more Debs and Errol songs. 🙁 I’m really glad you recorded as many of your songs as you did, so we can still listen to them.

  3. It’s definitely a similar kind of thing, yeah. On the other hand, the sadness can be alleviated somewhat by you and Debs still existing, even if not as a band. Though there will be no new music together, your lives go on. So if we get to be part of them, in whatever small way, it’s not quite as bad as it could be.

  4. I may or may not have uttered the sentence “They’re dead to me.” this weekend regarding a certain band that shall remain initialess (but not about the members thereof).

  5. I’m surprised no one else has called out Kari’s “I hate to be a grammar nag” which is an utter falsehood. She loves wordcraft.
