Comic #16 – “Work Times”

MNE_20150130_016
We have a work chat where all of the company is logged into. A conversation similar to this occurred. Except, the comic makes it sound better because at least it was in private. Unlike, a company wide chat.

We’ll see if my co-worker Carmina will talk to me tomorrow. Hopefully she doesn’t read the comic.

I was up late last night getting this comic done. Didn’t get home until 12:20. Movie went pretty late. But it was worth it. ^_^

Comic #15 – Performances

MNE_20150129_015
This quote was a bit different, Ekko originally said “Sweatshirts”, but those of you probably don’t see me in real life that much to see me only wear my Nanowrimo Hoodie, My Canada Hoodie, and the green hoodie that Ekko stole. I don’t know why they don’t wear there own clothes, it’s not like I have a lot to choose from.

Zoe does have that performance bug that I do. Currently, I don’t think I miss the stage, but I did miss being part of the whole community of musicians thing yesterday. It was weird. I missed promoting my band. That’s a bit weird.

Oh, and do you know what I’m doing tonight? I’m going to see the Ghibli Documentary “The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness“! I’m SO EXCITED!

Comic #14 – Board Game Friday

MNE_20150128_014
The last few days I haven’t buffered the comics, but then again, this happened last night at dinner.

In fact, the girls say all sorts of things that are comic worthy. I’m still debating having their mother in the comic because they say all sorts of things to her.

Comic #13 – #TotoroTuesday

MNE_20150127_013
It’s Totoro Tuesday! Huzzah! I should get some Totoro shirts for the girls, that’s for sure! Then we could all wear them on Totoro Tuesday!

And yes, I am going to an Escape Game tonight. And yes, Ekko is that dramatic. All the time.

I play Nancy Drew with them all weekend! Sheesh. Kids are never satisfied.

Comic #12 – Manpan Cave

MNE_20150126_012Manpans lives in her Manpan Cave which has video games, hot chocolate, and Wheatley love.

She also has the big screen TV which we’ve hooked up our Wii U to.

She too is a huge fan of adventures games, so my laptop is also hooked up to her TV, and we are playing through as many Nancy Drew games as we possibly can. I still have about, oh, ten or more to go.

And when the children aren’t around, then Manpans and I get to play Mass Effect 2. Of course, the children are rarely not around so back to Nancy Drew we go.

This has made my creative life a bit more challenging. I wonder what I will do when FAWM hits? I don’t plan on doing too much with FAWM since it’s my anniversary and also Family Day, but I do want to put out a couple of songs. Who knows, maybe I’ll write a very sad goodbye song for our Farewell concert.

Btw, one thing I do like about this plug in is the ability to have an automatic cast page. I probably should figure the archives out, but, ugh. I want it to be like the archives of Rock, Paper, Cynic, but that requires coding of some sort.
