Ah, FAWM. Where else can I express myself so freely?
Completely off topic, I’ve been wondering, are there many G-rated webcomics out there? I’m starting to think that because newspapers required it, most webcomics have been free to explore the freedom of an uncensored internet.
Which means, in the niche of webcomics, I may be one of the few mythic rares that is G-rated. I should capitalize on that.
I think Kari’s is G-rated too.
Apparently, yesterday’s comic wasn’t funny. We heard that many times from Zoe. ^_^
That is my wife, Keren. I finally put her in the comic. That makes the whole family in there now. I will try my best not to make this comic about me being in love, but it’s really hard when my wife is around.
Most of this is the conversation Zoe had with Keren. Although, she repeated over and over how yesterday’s comic was not funny.
Not every comic has to be funny, Zoe. Sometimes you want to put a bit of heart into it.
If I’m lucky, I will be able to write a song today. Hopefully.
You know, I really should explain more in the About and Cast pages the setting in this comic. I remember reading Meli’s first encounter of D&E and how she mentioned that she was confused by almost all of it.
I don’t even know if I have new readers. I may have at least one. That’s only a guess because every time I tweet Her Interactive about a web comic, they retweet it. And then the tweet gets favourited. So who knows, maybe a Nancy Drew fan has come and wondered what on earth this webcomic was and then left in frustration because it makes no sense.
How is my FAWM progress you’re wondering? Well, uh, I at least log on to the site. I thought of a melody and sang it into my phone. It was really only six notes. I’m doing abysmally.
It takes us about three days or more to finish a Nancy Drew game. Fortunately, last night and tonight Manpans is busy with, Manpan things. (If it’s not dating, I’m not that interested.) That means I can work on comics, or FAWM.org, or EscRoomAddict.
Of course, I just retired early last night. I was so tired.
